블루투스 검색에서 한 소스는 정상적으로 ACTION_FOUND를 받아오는데,
한 소스는 ACTION_DISCOVERY_FINISHED를 받아오네요 ㅠㅠ
menifests에 권한도 동일하게 줬고,

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.BLUETOOTH" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
소스를 Compare 해봐도 다른 부분이 없는데 말이죠;;
혹시나 해서 소스도 올립니다.
BroadcatReceiver 등록하고 startDiscovery() 해주면 검색 되야 하는거 아닌가요 ㅠㅠ
따로 설정해야 되는 부분이 있는건가요? ㅠㅠ
