위와 같은 메일이 오면서 구글 플레이에서 앱이 삭제되었습니다.

Mobfox 관련 태그는 없는 것 같은데, 이의신청해도 안 받아주네요.

어떤 문제인지, 어떻게 해결해야 할까요?

개인정보 규정 위반으로 보입니다. privacy policy가 있긴 하지만 그게 개인정보를 모으는 데에 대한 충분한 내용이 없다고 판단한 듯 합니다.

참고로 구글플레이는 AI가 주로 관리를 하고 사람은 보조적인 역할만 하기 때문에 이메일에 대한 응답이느리거나 할 수 있습니다.

Mobfox 라이브러리가 사용자의 설치된 앱에 대한 정보를 플레이 콘솔의 private policy에 명시하지 않고 모으기 때문에, 이 부분을 설정하여야 하고, 이게 사용자에게도 공개가 되어야 하고 접근 가능해야 한다고 하네요.

private policy가 사용자에게 어떤 정보를 취득하고 있다는 점을 명료하게 포함하도록 하셔야 겠네요.
