구글플레이 스토어에 업데이트할 apk를 publish안하고 upload만 하려는데 error가 뜹니다.

Question

구글플레이  스토어에서 Upload new APK to Production을 통해 apk를 pushish안하고 

업로드만 해놓으려고 합니다. 왜냐하면  이후에  what's new는 다른 사람이 적고 publish하려고 하는데, 

This configuration cannot be published for the following reason(s):

• Version 103 is not served to any device configuration: all devices that might receive version 103 would receive version 105.

• Some devices are eligible to run multiple APKs. In such a scenario, the device will receive the APK with the higher version code.

와 같이 에러가 뜹니다. 어떻게 해야할까요..?
