MainActivity.xml 과 같은 xml을 자바코드로 만들수 있나요?

MainActivity.xml을 하드코딩으로 Layout을 만들수 있느냐는 질문 이신거 같은데요

가능합니다 " public class MainActivity extends LinearLayout " LinearLayout을 상속받으셔서

원하시는 위젯들을 addView 로 Layout에 추가하면서 구성하시면 됩니다

부분도 자바코드로 가능한건가요?
<LinearLayout 과 그안에 다른 view(버튼,텍스트뷰)등은 넣는걸 테스트했는데

<fragment android:name="co.test.MainFragment" 이 부분에 대한
코드를 어떻게 해야하는지 몰라서요...
