scalable layout 에러 (unexpected namespace prefix)

Question

아래는 scalable layout을 활용한 레이아웃 입니다.

gradle에 

implementation 도 시킨 상태인데

해당 에러로 골치 썩고 있습니다.

구글링을 해도 마땅한 답변이 없어 질문합니다.

에러 내용 : (unexpected namespace prefix "app" found for tag ImageView)
